When Will Jerry Jones Fire Wade Phillips?

Jerry Jones is mad crazy about his Pilsbury Doughboy coach wade philips. I don't understand why? He's been coach now for such a long time and so far we have not won a superbowl. Coach Wade Seems to be so non-chalant with his attitude towards winning or losing. Its almost like he doesn't care. I don't see him getting angry or upset at least. I am calling for a new Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys. I want Jerry Jones to Fire Wade Phillips, Because He's just not coach material. I don't see any passion in the game on his face. He brings nothing as far as excitement to the game of football. Jerry please find someone who can coach this team with a little football passion. I heard a interview with Wade Phillips the other day on the radio and just about fell asleep at the wheel. If anything keep him off the radio. Coach Wade I'm sure he's a nice guy but I don't think that is what the Dallas Cowboys need to get to the Superbowl. You just spent Billions of Dollars on the New Stadium , don't you want a coach who can take you to the next Superbowl? Coach Wade is what is slowing your team down. No fire under his belt. As a fan I have become more disinterested in the Dallas Cowboys with Every new coach since Jimmy Johnson, who I thought Should have stayed. I hope that you as Owner/Manager of the team will find a new coach soon with some balls.
